The program is designed to take organisations beyond AI experimentation: you build production-ready systems and durable internal capability at the same time. The focus is always applied competence, shaped by real constraints such as security, quality, cost, and responsible AI. And the ability to govern, operate, and improve systems over time.
Twelve modules. Twelve months.
Quarter by quarter, the program moves from the foundations, through advanced agent systems and specialisation, all the way to AI in production. Every module combines a lecture, a workshop, and a concrete deliverable: working systems, not homework assignments. Between modules, participants work through preparatory material and several hours of self-study each week, and it all ends with a real final project and a demo day. Participants work in real teams and real deliveries, with personal coaching from TokenTek's own engineers: the same people who build agentic systems in production for Sweden's largest companies. We also train your own mentors, so the knowledge stays and grows inside your organisation.

A fast track into how real systems and real business work, with high standards and strong mentorship. You need a relevant Master's degree and a healthy dose of curiosity.
